Investigating
A major power outage is currently affecting a large number of customers throughout the Reno area. We are actively investigating an issue at our Downtown Reno Data Center that is impacting portions of our backup power infrastructure.
As a result, we are experiencing a localized network outage affecting a small subset of customers in the Reno market.
A majority of our other data centers and POP locations have successfully transitioned to backup power and remain fully operational. At this time, those facilities are functioning normally and continue to provide services without interruption. We are continuing to monitor for other failures.
Our team is actively working to restore full redundancy and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
